Wayne County Lookouts

Caroline & Davis are both on the W.C. Lookouts minor league team. This weekend we played in a tournament in London. We went 2-2. There was some tough competition, so we were really proud of the team's performance.

Caroline was proud to be the only girl in the entire tournament.

Coach Hutch was proud of "Double Deuce" who had 2 big hits today. He said it was the first time he wanted to kiss a player on the cheek. :-)

Caroline finished the year with ALL A's and 72 AR points! We are so proud of the special person and good student she is!

Davis & Jonathon: 300 point AR club! Davis also got a trophy for 5th place in the school for AR points. We're so proud of what an excellent reader he is.

My birthday was on Sunday, so I got to wear my new dress. After church we went to my favorite restaurant, Shearer's Buffet, for lunch.

My big brother was so excited that I got a Wii!! Mom almost didn't find one...until Friday when Aunt Kellie called around and found one at Wal-Mart in Berea. Mom couldn't go and they wouldn't hold it for her, so her friend Leslie she works with took off in her car and got it!

If you're wondering where my dad is.....well....he woke up this morning with a horrible stomach virus (that we won't talk about) and couldn't get out of bed all day! He felt so bad to miss my party.

Dennis and Charlotte came by and brought me my gift....this pretty afghan Charlotte made for me! I told her these were my favorite colors.

When we got home, my neighbor friends came over and we tried out my new Wii... then we went down to Nana and P-Pa's for a cookout before we went back to church. It was a busy day!

Aunt Kellie, Dalton and Emma gave me a "coupon" for a shopping trip to pick out my present. I ended up getting a High School Musical singing game for the Wii. I love it! (Uncle Shannon had the same problem as dad and couldn't come to my party either!)
